Michelle Huls

Michelle HulsNutritional Coach & Dietitian

Michelle is a registered dietitian nutritionist who has worked in clinical dietetics for over 25 years. She
has provided nutritional care to inpatients and outpatients in the hospital setting as well as residents in
long-term care.

At Elite, she provides medical nutrition therapy to prevent and manage chronic health
conditions, reduce symptoms of certain conditions, and prevent health complications. This therapeutic
approach involves the development of individualized nutrition plans that take into consideration food
preferences, daily schedules, and overall lifestyle. In a world with many conflicting and confusing
messages about nutrition, Michelle’s mission is to provide patients with the evidence-based knowledge
and skills necessary to reach their personal health goals.

Michelle and her husband Ben live on an acreage just outside of Kearney. They have two daughters,
Ashton, a student at the University of Nebraska-Lincoln and Katelyn, a student at Kearney Catholic High
School. In her spare time, she loves to read and enjoys walks, yoga, travel, and spending time with
family and friends.
