Dr. Sears helps active individuals and athletes get out of pain, move efficiently, and perform at a higher level. His approach combines chiropractic manipulation, advanced soft tissue techniques, and targeted rehabilitation to restore movement quality and build long-term resilience—not just short-term relief.
He has pursued extensive post-graduate training in modern manual medicine, including dry needling, instrument-assisted soft tissue treatment, taping, and functional movement assessment. Dr. Sears also works closely with high school athletes, providing functional movement screenings, biomechanics education, strength and conditioning support, and injury prevention programs to keep athletes healthy and performing at their best.
Dr. Sears earned his Doctor of Chiropractic degree from Cleveland University–Kansas City, graduating Valedictorian and Summa Cum Laude. He also holds a Bachelor of Science in Nutrition, Exercise, and Health Sciences from the University of Nebraska–Lincoln. He attended Axtell High School and graduated from Kearney High School in 2013.
An active member of the Kearney community, Dr. Sears serves on the Buffalo County Fair Board and has worked behind the scenes at major events including concerts, PBR, and the demolition derby. He is a member of the American Chiropractic Association and the Nebraska Chiropractic Physicians Association, and has advocated for patients in Washington, D.C.
Dr. Sears and his wife, Macy — Office Manager at Elite Health and Wellness — enjoy raising their son, traveling, and staying active in the community. He is proud to be part of a cohesive team at Elite Health and Wellness and is passionate about pushing the profession forward through a modern, performance-based approach to care.
